When a hirer makes a booking request, the system will send an email notification to the notification email address that is registered for your venue.
This may well be different from your administrator login ID. You can have multiple administrators, but just one notification address.
We recommend having an email account that is dedicated to bookings at your venue. Gmail / Hotmail provide email accounts for free. It will separate your personal emails from the venue's booking emails. You can also hand it over or allow others to log in.
When we set up the booking pages for venues, we use the email address that was used when requesting the evalution.
You can change the notification email address, by going to Settings.
Click on Change to update the email address.
