The Administrator's Dashboard

The administrator's dashboard is where you approve bookings and send out invoices.

  • Unapproved Bookings. All new booking requests will appear here. If this section is empty, it means that you are all caught up with the bookings.
  • Invoices. See a list of all invoices sent - both paid and unpaid.
  • Statistics. See how many hours each room is being used for. Data can be downloaded to Excel for further analysis.
  • Search.  The quickest way to find a booking is to enter a key word - such as the event title, name or email. The system will find the bookings for you. 
  • Settings. Make changes to the templates and much more.
  • Log out.
