Stripe is a payments platform. Like PayPal, Stripe allows you to collect payment online by credit card or debit card.

The payments go directly to your Stripe account - not to us. You can then withdraw the payments to your venue's bank account.

The online payment takes place directly on a secure Stripe webpage. There's a link on the invoices.

When someone completes a payment, we'll notify you that the invoice has been paid. We'll also mark it as paid in our system and add a tracking number. Stripe will send a receipt to the customer.

Stripe takes a small commission on payments. At the time of writing, it's 20p + 1.5% for most cards.
