Hall Booking Online is available on an annual subscription.

How do we subscribe?

Just get in touch with us, and we'll send you an invoice by email.
 

What is your subscription rate?

Our annual rate is just £120. This works out at just £10 per month. That will cover up to eight rooms / bookable facilities in one venue.

If you have more than eight rooms, please let us know. We can increase the number of rooms / spaces for a small additional fee.

If you're not in the UK, we can convert subscriptions to the equivalent in your local currency.
 

How do we pay?

We can accept payment for annual subscriptions by Direct Debit, BACS, card or cheque. 

Hall Booking Online partners with Stripe for online payments.

If you would prefer to pay on a rolling monthly basis, we have monthly subscriptions at £12/month. This is arranged through direct debit. Venues can switch from a monthly to annual subscription at any time.

We don't charge extra for invoicing or linking your system to PayPal or Stripe.
 

The first sixty days are free - and you don't need to register a payment method in advance.

To continue with the booking system beyond the 60 days, you can take out a subscription.
