Change the Email Templates

You can edit the templates for emails that are sent out about bookings.

The three booking emails are:

Provisional Booking Template - This is the email sent to a hirer when a booking request is made. It says that the request has been received and that venue administrators will be in touch.

Confirmed Booking Template - This is sent when an administrator approves a booking. It says that the booking is approved.

Admin Delete Notification - This is sent to hirers when an administrator deletes a booking.
 

Head to Settings >> Content Management >> Booking Email Templates.

Invoice and Receipt Templates

The system also sends an email when you send a hirer an invoice. 

You can edit the email template that is sent with invoices, head to Settings >> Invoices.

This page also has a link to the template used when sending receipts.

You can also go to Settings >> Invoices to change the header and footer of the PDF invoice template.

 

Additional Email Templates

You might have other emails that you need to send frequently to hirers. This could be a door-code key for one-off bookings, or instructions on how to use the PA system.

For this, you can use the Additional Email Templates feature.

Head to Settings >> Content Management >> Additional Email Templates.
