Blocking Public New Bookings
You can stop people from making booking requests.
You have the choice of blocking all new bookings, or setting a limit of how far ahead your venue accepts bookings.
Head to Settings >> Booking Date Limit
If you select Block New Bookings, only administrators can make bookings.
You might like to add a message on the calendar page explaining what's happening!
You can do this from the Settings Page. Scroll down to the bottom and edit the Calendar Page template.
Alternatively, you can set how far ahead people can make bookings. (e.g. until the end of 2026)
Remember that this only affects the general public. Administrators can always make bookings.
