We have versatile spaces to suit parties and celebrations of every kind, at convenient locations across the parish.

Each venue includes:

• spacious indoor area
• secure outdoor space
• kitchen with kettle, microwave and fridge
• adult and child-sized tables and chairs
• male, female and disabled toilets
• baby changing tables

Emerson Valley Community Centre

Saturday 10am-1pm / 2pm-5pm

Sunday 12pm-4pm / 5pm-8pm

Rate of hire: £25 per hour. Deposit: £100

Room size: approx. 9.5m x 9.5m.  Max capacity: 40 people

Garthwaite Pavilion

Saturday 10am-2pm / 3pm-7pm

Sunday 1pm-4pm / 5pm-8pm

Rate of hire: £25 per hour (plus VAT). Deposit: £120

Room size: approx. 12m x 8m.  Max capacity: 50 people

Westcroft Meeting Place

Sunday 10am-2pm / 3pm-7pm

Rate of hire: £25 per hour. Deposit: £100

Room size: approx. 12m x 9m.  Max capacity: 40 people

Westcroft Pavilion

Saturday 1pm-4pm / 5pm-8pm

Rate of hire: £25 per hour. Deposit: £100

Room size: approx. 11.5m x 5.5m.  Max capacity: 30 people.  Not suitable for indoor bouncy castles.
