Be advised that the hire of all venues is subject to a refundable deposit against damage, excessive cleaning/removal of waste by parish staff, or any additional costs resulting from non-compliance with the terms of hire.  The time you book must include the time you need for setting up and clearing down.

Sunday 12pm-4pm / 5pm-8pm

Rate of hire: £25 per hour. Deposit: £100

Room size: approx. 9.5m x 9.5m.  Max capacity: 40 people

Garthwaite Pavilion

Saturday 10am-2pm / 3pm-7pm

Sunday 1pm-4pm / 5pm-8pm

Rate of hire: £25 per hour (plus VAT). Deposit: £120

Room size: approx. 12m x 8m.  Max capacity: 50 people

Priory Park Pavilion

Bookings available from 1st February 2024!

Saturday 10am-2pm / 3pm-7pm

Sunday 1pm-4pm / 5pm-8pm

Rate of hire: £45 per hour. Deposit: £200

Room size: approx. 20m x 10m. Max capacity: 70 people

Westcroft Pavilion

Saturday 1pm-4pm / 5pm-8pm

Rate of hire: £25 per hour. Deposit: £100

Room size: approx. 11.5m x 5.5m.  Max capacity: 30 people.  Not suitable for indoor bouncy castles.
