Going ‘live’ with your booking pages is very easy. You just tell people about it!
Let them know the URL (webpage) for your site. You could add a link on a Facebook page or a community venue website.
You don't need to make any other changes to your booking pages.
If you'd like to be sure that your booking pages are ready, here's a handy check list!
[ ] Email Templates : Provisional Booking | Confirmed Booking | Invoice Email
[ ] Website Templates: About Us | How to Book | Contact Us Page | Directions
[ ] Documentation: Have you uploaded a Terms and Conditions PDF? Call it Terms and Conditions. Our system will ensure that hirers have ticked agreement before they're able to make booking requests.
[ ] Invoice PDF: Check the Header and Footer to see that it has the correct address and payment methods.
[ ] Pricing Suggestions : You can add some price rates to the system. These rates aren't public - so it's fine to have ‘unofficial’ rates included.
[ ] Administrators: Make sure that the right people have access to the administration pages. Each admin should have his/her own login.
Remember - the system is designed so that you can make updates in the future. If your venue photos aren't ready, you can just delete the template versions and upload them at a future date.
