Lost Password (Administrator)

If you are an administrator for a venue, our system can send you a password reset email.

Go to the login page at https://hallbookingonline.com/admin

Click on the link marked ‘Forgotten login ID’. Enter the email address that is registered with us.

Assuming that email address is registered as an administrator, our system will send a link allowing you to reset your password. The link is valid for around 15 minutes.

If you can't find the password-reset email, double check that the address is registered in our system and that the email hasn't ended up in a junk mail folder.
