Booking Events on Alternate Weeks
You can book an event that takes place alternate weeks.
On the booking form, choose Every Other Week.
If the booking pattern is irregular (i.e. usually every other week, but with exceptions) you might find it easier to set the event to repeat weekly. On the pre-confirmation screen, you can 'untick' the weeks you don't need.
