Administrators can delete any booking from anywhere. Just make sure you're logged in.
Venue administrators generally wish avoid having hirers deleting bookings at short notice. To help with this, we have some checks in place.
The general public can delete (or edit) unapproved bookings that are outside the 'minimum notice' period set by the administrator for deleting bookings.
You can set the minimum notice period for deleting bookings in Settings.

You can also allow regular hirers to delete confirmed bookings. To switch this option on, head to Settings >> Hirer Accounts.
If the hirer has a hirer's account, they can use this to see their bookings and delete them. If the hirer has made a booking without creating an account, he/she will have set a password which can be used to edit/delete unconfirmed bookings.
If the hirer is blocked from deleting a booking, he/she will be directed to contact an administrator.
