You can decide which pages are shown along with the booking calendar.
Most pages: About the Venue, How To Book, Contact etc. can be removed.
Head to Settings >> Page Display Options

You can also set the ‘Main Venue Website’ URL. This will add links back to another website. If you don't have another website, no problem! Just leave it blank.
If you enter a URL for your main website, be sure that it starts with https://. Otherwise the link won't work. Contact us if you aren't sure about your venue's URL.
If you remove a page from public display, you can put it back at any time by re-ticking the box. The data that was previously stored won't have been wiped.
Important Note about Documentation
Even if you remove the documentation page from public display, we strongly recommend uploading to your system a PDF called Terms and Conditions. When hirers make bookings, you'll want them to agree to this document. If you have one uploaded, our system will force hirers to tick a box where they declare that they've read and agree with your T&C.
