You can upload a PDF documents to the system.
The most important PDF to upload is your Terms and Conditions.
When someone (who isn't an administrator) makes a provisional booking, he/she will need to tick a box confirming acceptance of your terms and conditions.
Head to Settings and scroll down to Change / Upload Documents.

Click on Choose File. Select the PDF from your device.
Enter a short title for the document and click on Upload Document. It will take a few seconds to upload.
Only PDFs can be uploaded. If you have a Word Document, this can be saved as a PDF.
Changing the Order of the Documents
There are two ways to change the order. You can drag the documents if you're on a computer with a mouse or touchpad. Click on the dots on the top right corner of each document pane. It saves automatically.

If you're on a mobile device, such as an iPad, you can click on Display Position and choose the placement order. Remember to click on ‘Save Changes’ at the end.
You can also do this to tweak the document titles after uploading.
