There's flexibility over sending invoices for bookings.

You can send one invoice to cover multiple bookings. The bookings can be for the future, or past events.

You can also send more than one invoice for bookings. 

If you need to invoice for a deposit first, and then invoice again for the venue hire, that's not a problem.

Also, if you're asked to split the bill and invoice half to one person, and half to another, you can do that too!
