Go to the online calendar to check for availability.

Click New Booking and fill out the form.

Be sure to book enough time for both setting up and clearing up after your event.

Payments must be made at least seven days before your event. This helps our volunteer Treasurer and Bookings Team process your confirmation.

Your Terms and Conditions of Hire document has all the information you need, including details on how to get the keys.
