Welcome to the Water Lane URC booking site.
The Sanctuary and Welcoming Area were designed to be used as a single space. For this reason, we may not be able to book them to separate groups at the same time, as conflicting activities (such as those with loud noise, different lighting needs, safeguarding or privacy considerations) can negatively impact everyone's experience.
Our Bookings Team will review your request and let you know if a separate booking is possible. If the spaces are in use at the same time, we ask that all hirers be respectful of each other.
