Trull Village Memorial Hall Calendar

Prior to booking, ensure you have read the Terms and Conditions and the Fire Safety documents as any booking made will be taken as acceptance of these terms.  WE NEED 10 DAYS NOTICE TO BOOK EITHER OF THE HALLS TO ENSURE THERE IS NO CLASH OF INTERESTS AND TO RECEIVE PAYMENT PRIOR TO BOOKING.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CAR PARK CAN BECOME FULL AT TIMES IF OTHER FUNCTIONS ARE ON IN THE VILLAGE.

To make multiple bookings, Enter the details you require and then click on the Repeat button.  You will be given an area to put in the start date and finish date, and you can choose a repeat of each week,  on weekdays, every other week, daily or monthly.    Continue to select the hall you require and the start and finish time.  Click on review booking.  All the dates selected will automatically come up if the hall is free, and you can then delete any dates that you know you will not use the facilities. i.e. Holiday dates, Bank Holidays etc.  You can then check availability, the system will let you know of any clashes and you can either cancel out or revise the dates and times etc.
