We are proud of our village hall and what it offers!

Please note our hire charges applicable to all events taking place from April 1st, 2026:  Main Hall - £12 per hour; Small Meeting Room - £10 per hour; both rooms - £18 per hour.

All rates include heating, hot water & use of equipment - please say what equipment you need when booking. 24 hour bookings e.g. for events held over a weekend, £150 per 24 hours - enquire at [email protected]

We also charge a 50% deposit to new users to safeguard our income. This is non-refundable should they cancel with less than a month's notice. 

The hall is licensed  for music, dancing and entertainment and has a capacity of:

  • 140 seated theatre style or for dancing only (fire limit on numbers)
  • 100 seated at trestle tables for a meal
  • 50-60 at smaller tables cabaret style
  • our small meeting room seats 10-15 comfortably for meetings or as a breakout area from the hall

The main hall features up-to-date audio-visual equipment including hearing loop, Epson data projector, full size integrated electronic screen, Sony DVD/Blu-ray player, Denon amplifier and radio microphone. We also have a WiFi Hub for internet access.

If driving: from Hereford on the A438  Brecon Road, turn into Staunton on Wye at the third right-hand turning marked to Staunton, following signs to the New Inn (avoid the turning by the war memorial as it is very narrow and twisty). At T junction turn right and the hall is approx. 100 metres on the right

If coming towards Hereford on the A438, take the second left-hand turning into Staunton and then follow directions as above.
