Our village hall was built in 1903 and has been serving the local community ever since.
It is a registered charity (Charity Number 305057) and is run by a management committee of volunteer trustees.
The whole hall has been redecorated over the past few years making it a lovely traditional, but up-to-date village hall, suitable for any group, class or function.
There are facilities for meetings, lectures, parties, indoor bowls, keep fit classes, concerts & theatrical performances. There is disabled access and toilets.
The modern kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, food warming trolley, kettles and hot water urn. There is crockery, cutlery and glasses of various sorts to serve 90.
The hall measures 18.5m x 5.4 m and has the following capacity:
Tables and chairs for use in the hall are supplied at no extra charge. Tables and chairs for outside use can be hired at a charge of £3 per table.
Projector, screen and amplification for all types of presentation are available for use with your own device (laptop or DVD player). By prior arrangement only.
The adjacent car park has space for approximately ten cars and careful parking on the roadside is also possible.
