Claresholm Community Centre

Welcome to the Claresholm Community Centre and our online booking website! We are pleased to host you in one (or more) of the spaces we have available. Please review the occupancies listed below along with their corresponding rental fees, including new rates as of October 1, 2024. Photos are also posted to see the spaces.

Claresholm Community Centre Rental Rates:

ALL BOOKINGS: Refundable damage deposit of $250. If your event is serving alcohol, a refundable damage deposit of $1000 is required.
Our system cancels all bookings after 14 days if 50% of the booking is not paid.
 

Main Hall:  Occupancy: 350
Included in Rental Price: Commercial kitchen, bar area with ice machine and coolers, sound system with wireless microphone, lectern/podium, 6' Rectangular tables and chairs, 20' x 30' stage, large motorized screen for projector, projector (available only if specified at time of booking or with sufficient notice prior to event).
**Main Hall Rental Rates:    Sunday through Wednesday - $475 per day
                                                              Thursday through Saturday - $725 per day
                                                              Full Weekend Package for $1600 (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

Lodge Room (Small Hall): Occupancy: 100
Included in Rental Price: Newly renovated kitchen with 2 stoves, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, wired and wireless microphone, Lectern/podium, Air Conditioning, Rectangular Tables 6 ft long, Chairs, large motorized screen and projector. 
**Lodge Room Rental Rate: $275.00 per day 

Meeting Room: Occupancy: 30
Included in Rental Price: Air Conditioning, Rectangular Tables 6 ft long, Chairs
(No access to coffee maker, ice, kitchen in this room. Ideal for a meeting only.)
**Meeting Room Rental Rate: $150 per day 

Complete Facility Rental (Main Hall, Lodge Room): $800.00 per day  

Additional Rental Items:
A/V Technician: $100/hour, minimum 3 hours.
Round Tables (15 per cart):  $150.00 per cart
Tablecloths and wine glasses can be rented. Stage lighting, risers and divider curtains are also available for an additional cost.

If you plan on having liquor at your public event, we require a copy of the appropriate license from AGLC prior to your rental.
