LOCATION

Applegarth Hall is conveniently located, minutes from the M74. From the north, you take the Annandale Services exit at Junction 16, and from the south, you take the Lockerbie exit at Junction 17. 

The 112 bus service between Lockerbie and Eskdalemuir runs Monday-Saturday and stops at Lammonbie (5 minute walk from Applegarth Hall) .

Google Maps: Please search for the term “Applegarth Hall Breckenry Road” (with just the name and postcode you will get sent somewhere else).

Apple Maps: If you search for ‘Applegarth Hall, Lockerbie’ you should find it, but it will show the postcode as DG11 2RW.

DIRECTIONS if coming to Applegarth Hall by ROAD

From the South:

       From the M6

       Cross the border at Gretna, staying on the M6 (which turns into the A74(M))

       At J17 exit towards LOCKERBIE

       Roundabout: turn RIGHT onto the B7068  immediately crossing the motorway

       Roundabout: turn LEFT onto the B7076

Continue straight for 1.3 miles, running parallel to the motorway

Turn RIGHT – signposted to Sibbaldbie, Boreland, and Eskdalemuir with a lorry on the sign

(If you pass the power station or the sawmills, you have gone too far)

At the T-junction turn RIGHT (same signage)

This is now BRECKENRY ROAD 

Continue for 1 mile

After you cross the railway bridge, you are almost there.

Applegarth hall is the next little cluster of buildings on the LEFT

From Eskdalemuir/Boreland:

       Carry on past Sibbaldbie

       Go past Lammonbie (left turn signposted to Corrie).

       Applegarth Hall is then on the RIGHT
