Applegarth Hall is a charming Victorian hall suitable for a range of events including gigs, parties, live shows, weddings, public meetings, small conferences, etc, as well as for regular activities requiring a large indoor space, such as playgroups, yoga, dog training, exercise sessions, and dance classes, etc.
The main hall is an atmospheric and airy space with a vaulted ceiling, stage with lighting gantry, wooden floor, and good acoustics. It can be used as-is, or decorated creatively for that special event.
The stage can be accessed from the hall and from the backstage area, providing versatility for a range of performances. The stage can also be hired on its own for regular band practice.

The kitchen is fully vegetarian and registered with the local authority as catering premises.
