To make a booking at Applegarth Hall:
- Read the document ‘Terms & Conditions’, and refer to the document ’Hire Charges’ for the current prices;
- Go to the calendar page to check availability of your preferred date or dates;
- Read the document ‘Hall Hire Agreement’ and make sure you are happy with the conditions of hire. By booking you are are entering into an agreement to be legally bound by these terms;
- If you have any queries, please contact the Booking Administrator at [email protected] before booking. Once your booking is confirmed it may not be possible to alter it;
- Click ‘New Booking’, complete the form, and submit;
- You will receive a ‘Provisional Booking’'email - please check the details immediately to ensure all details are correct.
- You’ll receive an invoice shortly. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. For bookings with less than one month’s notice, payment is due within 24 hours or the slot will be released. For bookings with more than one month’s notice, payment is due within seven days.
- Once paid, you will receive a 'Confirmation' email. Please retain this email, as it includes important information that you will need on the day of your booking.
Please observe the following points:
- Minimum hire 2 hours
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event
- Email is used for all booking correspondence. Replies are normally sent during office hours
