If you'd like to make a series of bookings, you'll need a hirer's account. Create an account or log in here.
If you're making a one-off booking, you don't need to create an account.


Booking instructions: 

  1. In the 'Documents' section, please read the relevant Terms & Conditions , and refer to the Hire Charges for the current prices;
  2. Go to the calendar page to check availability of your preferred date or dates;
  3. Read the document ‘Hall Hire Agreement’ and make sure you are happy with the conditions of hire. By booking you are are entering into an agreement to be legally bound by these terms;
  4. If you have any queries, please contact the Booking Administrator at [email protected] before booking. Once your booking is confirmed it may not be possible to alter it;
  5. Click ‘New Booking’, complete the form, and submit;
  6. You will receive a ‘Provisional Booking’'email - please check this immediately to ensure all details are correct.
  7. You’ll receive an invoice shortly. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. For bookings with less than one month’s notice, payment is due within 24 hours or the slot will be released. For bookings with more than one month’s notice, payment is due within seven days.
  8. Once paid, you will receive a 'Confirmation' email. Please retain this email, as it includes important information that you will need on the day of your booking.

Minimum booking = 2 hours

Please ensure you book sufficient time to allow for arrival, setting up, cleaning, closing windows, locking up, etc.
