Whether you are booking the hall for just one event, or wish to enquire about a regular club or society event we are here to help.

To make your booking:

1 Read the Terms and Conditions of Hire, our Schedule of Charges and our Safeguarding Policy.

2 Check the  Hall calendar for availability and then click on + New Booking on the day you want to book.  Complete and submit the booking form.  

We are here to support community clubs, classes, societies and events and can promote you to the village community.  For regular events with special requirements we may be able to offer locally negotiated terms.

The Hall is run on the goodwill of a team of unpaid helpers.  Help us by… 

• making sure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• clearing rubbish and sweeping the hall, and stacking furniture neatly before you leave
• checking through our terms and conditions and paying attention to our policies and procedures
• knowing what to do if there is a fire
• talking to us in advance if you are serving alcohol
