To make a booking at Yelverton War Memorial Hall

1. Go to the calendar page and check availability  on our calendar

2. Read the documents:

A) Terms and Conditions

B) Hire Charges and Payment

C) Health and Safety Procedure

3. Go back to the calendar page, click on New Booking and complete the form

 

The following points may help you and the volunteers who run the hall:

• Please ensure that you allow enough time to set up at the beginning of your event and clear up at the end.

• As set out in our Terms and Conditions, you are required to leave the building clean and tidy as found and take away all rubbish.

• As set out in the Health and Safety Procedure, as Hirer you will be the Responsible Person for your event and must follow the responsibilities set out in that procedure, in particular in the Emergency Plan for the Responsible Person.

 

What happens next

• After you make the online booking, you will get an email to acknowledge your provisional booking

• Your booking remains provisional and is confirmed only after it has been accepted by the Booking Secretary and you have paid

• After payment has been received, you will receive an email to notify you that your booking is confirmed

• You will receive another email a week or so before the event. This email will give you information about how to access the hall and will include an access code. The code will be cancelled after your event.

• Assuming that you leave the hall tidy and clean and there is no damage, your deposit will be returned after the event.
