West End Parish Centre has two halls which can be hired:  

The Main Hall (with kitchen attached) and Sports Hall.

Main Hall (with kitchen attached)

• 80 persons seated (eating)
• 100 persons seated (theatre style)
• 150 persons maximum (standing)
• Hall is unavailable for hire on Bank Holidays, Easter Sunday or Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve
• WEPC does not allow parties for 13-21 year olds

Sports Hall

• 1 marked badminton court
• No food or drink (other than water bottles) allowed in the Sports Hall
• Hall is unavailable for hire on Bank Holidays, Easter Sunday or Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve

The Hatch Café is also onsite, and can assist with refreshments and catering for small meetings/events. To discuss this further, please contact the Hatch Café directly on: 07582 990 363.

The Townhill Community Centre is situated behind the shops in Townhill Way and offers a main hall with adjacent kitchen, and also a separate coffee lounge room.

Either/both are available for hire on a regular or one-off booking basis.
