About Titchfield Village Hall

Located on the corner of High Street and Southampton Hill,  the Titchfield Village Hall is a much loved and well used venue in the heart of our community. We are proud that it hosts the display of the wonderful Titchfield tapestries.

The Village Hall is now the responsibility of the Titchfield Village Trust and is managed entirely by volunteers which helps to keep the hire charges low.  Hirers set up and clear up  after their own events which helps keep hire charges affordable to all and encourages local activities. There is a discount available for Village, Charitable and Regular user events.

The Hire charge includes use of the whole building which includes a Hall approx. 80sq meters with stage which has a sound system and projection screen;  Side Room approx 20sq meters; Kitchen with use of cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle. Large and small tables, chairs.  There is a hearing loop, and our toilets are suitable for able bodied and disabled people. 

Licences: Titchfield Village Hall  holds music licences,  PRS (Performing Rights Society and PPL (Phonographic Performance Ltd) enabling commercial music to be played/performed for any activity within the hall. (Commercial users and part planners will need to arrange their own PPL licence at their own expense/risk.) We DO NOT hold a licence to sell alcohol. To sell alcohol at an event held in the Parish Room will require prior written agreement with the Administrators and the Hirer must also obtain a Licence to sell alcohol from Fareham Borough Council.

About 100 people can be accommodated.

Short Term Parking is available in the Square and also the carpark behind the Village Hall in Barry's Meadow. Long term parking is available the Community Centre accessed via Mill Street
