To make a booking at Templar Arts & Leisure Centre:

 

  1. Before booking please read our Terms & Conditions and Hire Charges, which are linked below along with our User Guide for Hirers and our Safeguarding statement.
  2. Please go to the calendar page to check availability and to make a provisional booking. Provisional bookings can be made by clicking the ‘+ New Booking button’ on the online calendar.

 

If you would prefer to send an email to talcbookings@icloud.com to make your booking, please include:

  • Who the booking is for (i.e. personal, community group, local business) and include a contact number in case we need to discuss your request
  • Time and day you would like to enquire about *At the moment we don't charge for set-up and tidy-up time, but please be aware that the space may be booked before or after your hire. If you think that your set-up and tidy-up times will be extensive, please consider adding that time to your requested booking*
  • Whether it is a one-off or a regular booking
  • What space/s you want to book i.e. Ground Floor room – or if you are not sure – details of the planned activity, number of people, etc, and we’ll help you decide
  • Any other questions

 

We will then confirm the space/s to be used during your hire and the cost with you before your booking is confirmed.

You may be asked for a deposit to cover possible damage and loss depending on the type of booking.

Late cancellation of an event may incur cancellation charges if the space cannot be rehired to another user.
