To make a booking at St Mary's Church, Woodford:
- Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
- Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
- If you do not find availability for your date you can try the Woodford Memorial Hall next door which has four large and medium size spaces: 020 8505 300. [email protected]

Please observe the following points as it will help you and members of the Church who will be welcoming you to our spaces.
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
- Please make sure that your booking is made at least one month before your event. If your event is sooner than that please contact the office before you book.
- Please note that St Mary's does not have an alcohol licence, but you may serve alcohol for free to adults attending an event.
- Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information. You will need to agree these before you can submit your booking.
- If you want to make a repeat booking you will be asked to create an account which will make it easier for you to book multiple days, but please get in touch with us first if you want to start a regular booking.
- If you want to use St Mary's Church or grounds for filming please get in touch with us first to discuss your plans. Please do not use this booking system until the details have been agreed. You will need to accept both the Terms and Conditions of Hire and the specific conditions of filming.
- Once you have made a booking payment can be made by BACS transfer:

- If you want to send a cheque please make sure we get it in time to clear at least 7 days before the event.
