Book in 15 minute increments (00, 15, 30, 45 past the hour) so that it reflects the actual time of your activity.

There is a set 30 minute period built in between bookings to allow foryou to set up/clear away.

This means you have access to the hall 15 minutes either side of your activity time free of charge. If you need longer than this to set up/clear away you will need to include extra time in your payable time (£11 per hour or part hour).
