To make a booking at Stathern WMI Village Hall:
- Go to the Calendar page and check availability.
- Click on New Booking or the green and white + icon and fill in the form.
- Free 30 minute set up/clearing. An extra 15 minutes is provided to you, either side of the start and finish time you request i.e. booking 60 minutes from 3 - 4pm costs the flat hourly rate of £11 but gives access to the hall for 90 minutes from 2.45 to 4.15pm.
- Terms & Conditions of Hire (see Documentation tab): hirers completing a booking are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these, so please make sure you have read and understood them.
