Please read these documents first:
If you are satisfied with the documents and wish to proceed with your booking, go to the Calendar page and check the hall's availability for your chosen date and time. If the hall is available, click New Booking and complete the form. You will receive an email saying that your provisional booking has been received.
Once confirmed by the Hall Administrator, you will receive a confirmation email along with a PDF invoice. Please pay the invoice in full well in advance, as failure to do so may affect your booking.
