If the hall is available, click New Booking and complete the form (remember to click on your chosen privacy settings in the Privacy on Public Calendar section; the default is Show Event Information).
Once completed, click Review Booking. If you are happy with all the information, click Confirm Booking to send the booking form to the Booking Administrator for confirmation. Once confirmed, you'll receive an email along with an invoice.
