To make a booking at Shrublands Youth and Adult Centre:

1. Read the documents: Conditions of Hire, Agreement of Hire and Hire Charges.
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the people at Shrublands Community Trust to ensure you get the most out of your booking.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• Please make sure that your booking form and money is with Julie Woods as soon as possible.
• Please read through the Conditions and Hire Rate documents which includes all necessary information.
