To make a booking:

  1. Read the following documents found on the Documentation tab:
  2. Check availability for your required date and time via the Calendar tab. Multiple rooms are available, so even if there is an existing booking, your preferred space may still be free.
  3. Submit your request. Click New Booking and complete the form to request a provisional booking.
  4. Await confirmation. You will receive an email once your request has been reviewed. Please check your junk or spam folder if you haven’t heard from us. As the Hall is managed entirely by unpaid volunteers, it may take a few days to process your request – we appreciate your patience.
  5. Once confirmed:
    • An invoice and payment instructions will be emailed to you prior to your booking.
    • In the event of cancellation, the hire fee may still be payable. More details can be found in the Terms & Conditions of Hire document. Please get in touch by email if you need to cancel your booking.
    • All necessary hire information can be found in the Information for Hirers document found on the Documentation tab.

Please observe the following points:

  • Ensure your booking includes time for both setting up and clearing up after your event.
  • All bookings times must be in full hours. For example:
    • 9-11am or 9.30-11.30am (2 hours total) will be accepted.
    • 9-11.30am (2.5 hours total) will NOT be accepted.
  • If you require use of the field behind the Hall, please contact us before booking. While it appears reserved most weekends, arrangements can often be made with the football club.
  • All bookings include access to communal areas (car park, kitchen, and toilets), but this may be shared with other hirers. For exclusive use, please get in touch.
  • Car parking is limited, please park considerately and close together. We encourage car sharing or using public transport where possible.
  • For bookings of longer periods, recurring bookings, or exclusive hire, please get in touch.
