Please ensure you have read the Terms & Conditions of Hire on the Documentation tab prior to booking. By submitting a booking request, you are confirming that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Ensure your booking includes time for both setting up and clearing up after your event.
All bookings times must be in full hours. For example:
9-11am or 9.30-11.30am (2 hours total) will be accepted.
9-11.30am (2.5 hours total) will NOT be accepted.
If you require use of the field behind the Hall, please contact us before booking. While it appears reserved most weekends, arrangements can often be made with the football club.
All bookings include access to communal areas (car park, kitchen, and toilets), but this may be shared with other hirers. For exclusive use, please get in touch.
Car parking is limited, please park considerately and close together. We encourage car sharing or using public transport where possible.
For bookings of longer periods, recurring bookings, or exclusive hire, please get in touch.
