To make a booking at Robinson Institute, Glaisdale:
- Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
- Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points.
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event. The hirer is responsible for cleaning and tidying up after your event.
- Please make sure that your booking and payment is with the Administrator by the weekend before your event. Payment details are included on your invoice.
- If you need an alcohol licence please include this option in your booking form.
- Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information.
- We would like to publish and help promote bookings on the website, please send any information/digital images to andy@4dw.co.uk.
