Located within the village of Portpatrick , the hall provides bookable space for community groups, community events, private and public events, weddings, private parties. The main hall has a maximums capacity :
Portpatrick Village Hall is owned by Dumfries and Galloway Council, and is operated and managed by Portpatrick Community Development Trust (SCIO) on behalf of the community of Portpatrick.
The Hall is available to let for small to large groups and events. The main Hall floor is suitable for sports ( indoor bowling, squash, badminton, five- aside, gymnastics aerobics etc. ) and is equipped with a Bar / servery area and a raised stage , for entertainment .
Back stage there is a “Green room” for together with male and female toilets.
The venue is wheel chair friendly with ramp access to both doors and an assisted access to the toilets and back stage area.
This flexible facility is also available for hire for meetings, weddings or private parties. The Bar server area can be used for food storage / preparation while a small kitchen is available
