TO MAKE A PROVISIONAL BOOKING AT STALHAM POPPY CENTRE

Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.

1. Go to the calendar page.
2. Check availability.
3. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Note: If you have any queries, please contact the Clerk at office@stalhamtowncouncil.org

We will then contact you regarding your booking within 48 hours.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Centre.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• Please read through the "Conditions of Hire"  necessary information including access and locking up. [See below for documentation.]
