To make a booking at Pirton Sports & Social Club:
- Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
- Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form. Bookings for over 50 people will require the studio as well as the main lounge.
- Please note that if you require the licensed bar and bar staff, you must book this in addition to the lounge (and studio). Our recommendation is for 1 bar person per 50 people attending.
- The kitchen is also booked separately.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Pavilion.
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
- Please make sure that you have paid for your booking by the ‘payment due’ date stated on your invoice.
- Please read through the "Standard Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information including where and how to collect keys etc.
