To make a booking at Norham Village Hall:

Please complete the booking form online OR contact the Booking Secretary, Lynne Ellerby at [email protected]

  1. Read through all the documents provided as these should answer most enquiries. Should  you have further questions then please submit your query to our email address - [email protected]
  2. Go to the calendar page - click on the tab to check availability.
  3. If the time and date you wish is available, click on New Booking on the date and fill in the form. Please note that the booking confirmation email will be sent to the person whose name and email address appear at the beginning of this form.
  4. You will sent an invoice for your booking within a week after your event has taken place.

In particular, please note the following points:

  • Please read through the Hiring Agreement and the Hire Charges before you submit your form.
  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up and clear up at the beginning and end of your event.
  • Please make sure that your booking has been confirmed at least one week before your event.
  • Limited parking is available.
  • Licences for alcohol can be arranged - see hiring agreement
  • Information about access to the hall will appear on your confirmation form.
