To make a booking at Mountfield Village Hall:
- Read the documents: Hire Charges, Terms and Conditions of Hire, Health and Safety Policy and Hall dimensions and Bouncy Castle use.
- Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
- If you wish to book using our manual booking form, please ensure that it is with the Bookings Administrator as soon as possible before the event, at a minimum of 14 days before the hire date. You will then be sent an invoice.
- Please make sure that your invoice payment (by bank transfer, preferred) is with the Treasurer at least 14 days before your hire date.
- If you have an alcohol licence form that must be signed off by the Management Committee please ensure the Administrator receives the paperwork at least 14 days before the event.
- Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information about hiring the hall.
- You will be informed of the code for the keysafe (to the left of the kitchen window at the rear of the hall) for keys to enable you to access the hall once payment has been received.
