1. Read our Terms and Conditions of Hire and Important Information for Hirers.  Making a booking means you have accepted our Conditions of Hire and agree to be bound by them.
  2. Check availability using the Calendar.
  3. In the Calendar, click on New Booking and fill in the form.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email when your booking has been made and another when it has been accepted by us.
  5. We will then send you an invoice which must be paid at least 14 days before your event.
  6. If you are planning to sell alcohol you must obtain a Temporary Events Notice from Waverley Borough Council.
  7. The door code will be sent to you so you can access the Hall on the day.
  8. Use the Important Information for Hirers on the day to make sure your event is successful.


Additional Information 

The Marindin Hall is run and managed by volunteers. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as we can.

If you have any queries or you would like to arrange to view the Hall before booking,  email us at marindinhall@gmail.com.

Any booking you make here is provisional and subject to approval by the Hall.  We may want to contact you about your event to find out more about your plans and reserve the right to refuse bookings.

If you have difficulty using the online portal, please email us and we can make the booking for you.
