Ickleford Village Hall Calendar

Please read this important information before scrolling down the page to see when the hall is available, and to make your booking.

To make a booking at Ickleford Village Hall:

1. Read and agree to the Conditions of Hire (by booking the hall through this system, you declare that you agree to the Conditions of Hire). A short summary of the Conditions of Hire is also provided for ease.
2. Take a look at our hire charges for 2026.
3. Check availability on the calendar below. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please ensure you have booked :

• Enough time to set up at the beginning and clear up after your event
• All the rooms you need (for example, don't forget the kitchen!). We recommend booking the small hall as well as the big hall for children's parties, as you can set up & clear away the food without distracting the kids from their activities.
• The hirer is solely responsible for the provision of any required music or public address systems. None are provided at the hall.
   

Please note that if you hire a bouncy castle , suitable matting must be provided by your supplier and placed under the bouncy castle to protect the village hall floor .  We will require confirmation from you at the time of booking that this will be done . Contact details of bouncy castle hire companies who can fulfil this requirement can be supplied on request . 
 

Next steps once you've booked:

• you will receive an email confirming your booking.
• in a few days, you'll also receive an invoice via email. The booking reservation fee/damage deposit will be need to be paid straight away to complete the booking.  Then please ensure any outstanding hire fees are paid at least one month before your event.
• a few days before your event we'll email again with details on how to access the hall.
