To make a booking at Ickenham Village Hall:

1. Bookings are accepted for a minimum of TWO hours between the hours of 9am and 11.30pm
2. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
3. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information relating to your booking.
• Payment needs to be on receipt of an invoice from us via a bank transfer. We do not accept cash or cheques.
