To make a booking at Hillstown Village Hall:

Please read the documents: 

Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges. 

Go to the calendar page to check availability. 

Click on New Booking and fill in the form.  By sending off your request, you have read and agree to the terms & conditions.

Note: If you have any queries, please contact the Hall Manager at hillstownvillagehall@gmail.com  or phone:  01246731189 on Weekdays.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the hall staff.

  • Please make sure that your booking form and deposit are returned as soon as possible to ensure your booking is secure and your final payment has been received at least 1 week before the event.
  • That you have read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire"
