To make a booking at Hillstown Village Hall:

Please read the documents: 

Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges. 

Go to the calendar page to check availability. 

Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Teenage parties. Unfortunately, we do not take bookings for teenage parties.

Please observe the following points, as it will help you and the hall staff.

• Please make sure that your booking form and deposit are returned as soon as possible to ensure your booking is secure and your final payment is received at least 2 weeks before the event.
• By sending off your request, you agree to the terms & conditions.

Details on how to pay your deposit will be sent to you. It should be paid by bank transfer to:  Hillstown Miners Welfare Trust

If paying by cheque, your booking will not be confirmed until the bank clears the funds. Cheques to be payable to: Hillstown Miners Welfare Trust
