How to make a booking at Gosforth Garden Village Hall:

1. Read the documents: *Health and safety, fire evacuation plan (COMP). Terms and Conditions*.
2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points, as they will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clear up after your event, this must be 1hour before and after.
• Please ensure you have paid on booking.
