To make a booking at Gilberdyke War Memorial Hall:
- Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
- Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
- At this time your booking is PROVISIONAL and you will receive an email.
- When the booking is accepted you will receive the CONFIRMATION details by email.
- You will then be sent an INVOICE by email with the options for payment.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event. (We have a timed entry system and you will not be able to gain access outside the booked times)
- Please make sure that your PAYMENT and BOND has been received by the Booking Manager before your event as the bookings are confirmed online.
- Please provide us with your BANK details so we can repay your BOND via BACS.
- Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire", “Hire Charges” and “Important Information for Hall Hirers” which includes all necessary information on costs, where and how to gain access to the venue etc.
- Any decorations put up should use the hooks provided on the walls. Any damage caused by decorations stuck to, or pinned on walls many forfeit your bond.
